Klein punched out a high towering fly to left—Eyan scoring after the catch for Clarkson’s first run.In the second Siedlecki walked, Houston singled and Maurer hit fielders choice. Ruggero, St. Michael’s pitcher, threw to third to catch Sieu-lecki but third errored dropping the ball leaving the bases full. Gaffney grounded to third baseman who fumbled for another error, Siedlecki scoring, then attempting to catch Gaffney at first he threw wildly, Houston coming in on the play for Tech’s third run. Spencer and Ryan struck out, Hutteman ended the inning by grounding to second.Came the third inning and St. Michael’s first run. Rivers hit over second and Zando made a nice play knocking the ball down to hold Rivers to a single. Spencer threw wildly on next pitch, Rivers taking j second and then third on Spencer’s second wild pitch. lJunn grounded to Gaffney who pulled Klein off the sack with a high throw—Rivers scoring on the play for St. Mikes first run.
