To Divide Property. Howard A. Knapp and Floyd H. Knapp have been granted a decree by Judge A. B. Clark for partition of property near Robins in Monroe township belonging to the estate of Benjamin F. Knapp. The plaintiffs and Mrs. Alice L. Quass, a defend ant, were adjudged as heirs to the estate and were each awarded a one-third share in the real estate. William W. Crissman was appointed referee in partition. Appraisers named are A. G. Bauder, A. F. Dot on and Carl O'Connor.
