Sunday, May 9,1920.LEAVES FOR EUROPE ON BUSINESS TRIP FOR LOCAL COMPANYNick Baatz, of Washington Liquid Gas Co., to Visit Paris, Brussels and England.Nick Baatz, of the Washington Liquid Gaa company of Great Falls, left Saturday night for New York enroute to Europe, where he will close contracts for liquid gas and purchase gas tanks to be shipped to Great Falla. He will also transact other business in the interest of the local concern. -Southampton, England, will ba hisfirst atop, and from tnerc he will cross the channel to Brussels. Belgium. After conferring with officials of the Belgian government, with whom he hasbeen in correspondcnct regarding the sale of the local product, he will go to Paris and then to Luxemburg. He will return to New York by wav of Lallavre and expects to return to Great Falls in about three months.The liquid gas is used by the navies of Belgium, 1* ranee nnd England. Tanks of the type used by the company can only be secured in Europe. Mr. Baatz expects to purchase n supply from the French and Belgian governments.While in Europe, be will visit the battlefields in France and Belgium.
