Dodge County Court—In Prolate.In the matter of guardianship of Charles L. Clason. minor ueir of Henry i'. Clason, deceased.On reading and filing the petition of Harriet Rising, guardian of ?aid minor, represent -mg among other things, that lie, the said Ward, is seized of certain real estate in this comity, and that it is expedient that ihe same should bo sold, and praying foi license to sell the same, and it appearing to the Court, from said petition, that it would be beneficial to the said minor to sell said real estate.It is ordered and directed, that the next of kin to said ward, and al! persons interested iu said estate, appear before the Judge of this Court on Monday, the 2d day of June next, at one o'clock in the afternoon of that day, at the Court House in the Village of Juneau in this county, then and there to show cause, if any there shall be, why n license should not be granted for Lhe sale of said real estate, according to the prayer of said petition. -And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order shni] be published, for at least four successive weeks prior to said day of heaving in the beaver Dam Argus, a weekly newspaper printed and published in the City of Beaver Dam in this County.Dated April SSfJi.
