Van Court, of Baton Rouge, La., and that he ranaway about two mouth* since.Said negro is of a dark complexion, 5 feel 9 inches high, and about 40 years old. He had on when committed, a very ragged cotton shirt, striped cotton vest, an old j lt;green blanket coat and linsey pants.The owner of said negro is requested to I come forward, prove property, pay charges I , and take him away, or he will be dealt c with according to law.£ A. He claims to be a black-smith by trade, and brags considerable of being a good wood-worker, or rough car-oenler. He had on when committed, a linsey sack coat, striped linsey pants and coarse Lowell shirt.The owner of said negro is requested to-come forward, prore property, pay charges and take him awav. or be will be disposed of according to law.A.
