Michael A. Waters, 110 Mit chell Rd., president of Key Club International and a senior at Cull man High School will take part in a panel discussion on youth dur ing the 71st session of the Con ference of National Organiza tions, May 8-10 at the Williams burg Lodge, Williamsburg, Va. Waters, 18, was elected presi dent of Key Club International, a Kiwanis-sponsored high school boy’s service organization, at its 24th annual international conven tion in Louisville, Kentucky in July of 1967. Since then he ha represented the organization at meetings in Chicago, Baltimore, Dallas, Denver, Albuquerque, Ot tawa, and Washington, D.C. Dur ing his most recent visit to Wash ington, he had a personal audience with Lyndon B. Johnson, Ralph E. Wilson, Osceola, Ark,, Trustee, Kiwanis Inter national, and R.P. Merridew, Chicago, Secretary of Kiwanis International will represent the organization at the conference. The Conference of National Or ganizations is an association whose membership consists of leaders of 31 American civic, business and professional groups. It was organized for the purpose of considering cur rent problems and situations in the United States and attempting to find solutions to the problems. The Conference’s participants’ represent more than 33,706,000 individuals, 35,137 businesses, 1,700,000 families, and 13,000 cities. It began during World War II as a National Post -War Conference sponsored by the National Association of Manu facturers and continued there after as the CNO. The meeting in Williamsburg will center on the topic, ‘‘To day’s Youth - Fact, Fiction, and Phenomena.’’ Presentations will be made by Kenneth Kenniston, PhD., Associate Professor of Psychology, Yale University School of Medicine; Dana L. Farnsworth, M.D., Director, University Health Services, Har vard University; James D. Fow ler, President, U.S Youth Coun cil; and Murray Ortoff, Ph.D., Executive Director, University Sttlement House, New York. In addition to Waters, youth representatives from New York City and Chicago, the National Judent Association, the Nat ional Association of Student Councils, and the Panhellenic Council will participate in panel discussions, Mike Waters
