New Law.Under the new law wbioo came into efleet April 30 it is a crime for any perron under the age of 21 years to use or have in their possession, any cigarette, or cigarette paper or anything to be used as such, either for their own use or lor the use of another, but this law does not change any law already in effect relative to the sale of such to any person under age of 21 years. I do not desire to cause any person any trouble and wish to publish this notice to inform all persons of the passage of this law and think that all parents should warn their boys of this danger.The habit has greatly decreased already, especialy on the streets but some think that it is allright as long as no one sees them, but this will not always last as sooner or latter they will be detected and in trouble and 1 would advise all boys to stop the use of cigarettes, to avoid trouble and also for their own goodCharles Belville,Marsha).
