Coimtertfeitiug Ca»e.♦MASON FOUND GUILTYUnited States Circuit Court.—Before Judge Irwin* United States vs. James Mason; indictment,counterfeiting.Yesterday morning his Honor charged the Jury, whent after retiring for a short time, they returned with a verdict of Guilty. The prisoner hoard the verdict without betraying the smallest sign of emotion, and was shortly afterwards remaded to jail. His wife shook hands with him as he left the Court room, and then burst into tears.
