He moved to Le Mars in 1882 and to Sioux City in 1885.He married Margaret Reichert May 8, 1901, at Tipton. Thecouple celebrated their 60th wedding , anniversary in 1981. Mrs. Chesterman died Teb 25 this year.The Chesterman soft drink firm was organized by Mr. Chesterman’s father in 1872 at Dyersyille. The firm was moved to Sioux City in 1885, with Mr. Chestermaa serving as company president until his retirement in 1961 because of ill health.►Mi’. Chesterman was a longtime member of St. Thomas E-piscopal church, Sioux City, and a member and past exalted ruler of the Elks lodge.Surviving are two daughters, a son and two sisters, all ofS * I *Sioux City, five grandchTdren and seven great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Thomas Episcopal church, with burial in Logan park cemetery, Sioux City.
