NEW CITY MANAGER EMPLOYED AT SULPHUR SULPHUR, May 7.—(Special)— The new city officers have been sworn. They are N. L. Bennett, mayor, and S. C. Nichols and W. L. Fulton, commissioners. Bennett has been acting city manager since the resignation of George Hoefer two months ago. One of the first acts of the new officials was to employ J. C. Roberts as city manager. Roberts has been a resident of Sulphur for many years.
