Mason Leslie K. Johnston and Ora Bonners, residing at Otto, in the county of Big Horn, and state of Wyoming, will, on the Mth day of May, A. D. 1897, file with the register and receiver of the United Stantes land office at Lander, Wyoming, our application to the honorable, the secretary of the Interior, to cut and use eight hundred thousand (800,000) feet of pine and spruce lumber, on apd from sections seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-nine and thirty (IT, 18, It, 80, 8» and 10) In township fifty (60) north of range one hundred and two (102) west of the sixth principal meridian, in Big Horn county, Wyoming That the timber which we deal re to use from said land Is piuo and spruce, from eight to thirty-nix inches in diameter.
