CAUSE NO -Comes now the Plaintiff by his attorneys Hays Murphy and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit of a competent person that the residences, upon diligent inquiry, are unknown of the following named defendants to wit: Joel B Tilley, Rachel J, Tilley, Rebecca Develin, Catharine Burnett, Abram Tilley, | John Tilley, Lazrus Tilley, Joshua Tilley, Sarah A. Catharine Tilley, the Aetna Life Insurance Company, the unknown husband or wife, widower or widow, heirs, legatees, devisees, administra-tors^ grantees and assignees of any and all of the above named persons, and that they are all non residents of the State of Indiana; that all of said defendants'are necessary parties to said action; that this action is to quiet the plaintiff’s title to the following described real estate in Putnam Coun ty, Indiana, to wit:Part of the west half of the southeast quarter of section fourteen (14) township twelve (12) north of range four (4) west described as follows to j wit: Commencing at the southwestcorner of said west half quarter; then ce north, fourteen (. 14) chains to the center of the Rock Road; thence south eighty seven (87) degrees east with the center of the road, eleven (11) chains and eighty (80) links to a stake; thence north one half (ti) degrees east, nine (9) chains and thirty five (35) links to a stake; thence south eighty eight (88) degrees east, six (6) chains and seventy five (75) links with the center of the road; thence south, seventy three (73) degrees east one (1) chain; thence south forty (40) degrees east one (1) chain to the east line of the said half quarter section; thence south with said east line, twenty (21) chains and twenty five (25) links to the southeast corner of said half quarter; thence s’ I west with the south line thereof twen 5 ty (20) chains and fifty (50) links to a i the beginning, containing thirty five ■ j (35) and one fourth (35)4) acres | more or less together with land ii is i Owen County, Indiana against the I claims or demands of the defendants le { or either of them and of any person 3 or corporation whomsoever, through y’ or under whom any claim of title I might be asserted and against the ! whole world^Notice is therefore hereby given that said defendants and all persons whomsoever that claim any interest in said real estate, that unless they be and appear on the 47 day of the May Term, 1921 of the Putnam Circuit Court, the same being the 24 day of June, 1921 at the Court House in the city of Greencastle, in said County , and State and answer or demur to ^ | said complaint the same will he ty j heard and determined in their absence.In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court, at the office of the Clerk thereof in the City of Greencastle,) Indiana, this 26 day of April, 1921 HARRY W.
