Present: Mayor Grayson; Aldermen—Friar, Russell, Phelps and Simmons; Marshal Tardy and Clerk Dick.Minnies of former meeting read and approved.Treasurer’s report showed balance on hand In general fund, 8449.21; school fund, 1596.00; approved. Mar-slmPa, Street Commissioner and Tax Collector’s report showed collections for previous month of 158.15; expenditures for same period, 1118.24; approved, aid clerk ordered to Issue warrants for payment of same. The report showed work on streets, shells distributed add bridges repaired. Bellande for a certain strip of land to be used *a anreel as per minute* of Aug. I, J887.
