June 91. lflW. at one o’clock p. m. for the purpose of electing sixteen delegates and sixteen alternates to the National Convention at Omaha on July 4th. 1899, to nominate candidates for the vurtoua state and congressional offices and transact such other business as may come before it.Every person who will support the St. Louis platform is Invited to co-operate with the independents under this cull. It is recommended that the convention ignore prexies; that delegates (and alternates) present be permitted to cast the full vote of each delegation; that voting be by ballot and that the polls at all primaries be held open one hour.The basis of representation will be three delegates for each organized county and ono additional delegate for each fifty votes cast for H. L. South Dakota, on Tuesday June 91st, 1808. for the purpose of electing sixteen (16) delegates and sixteen (16) alternates to the National convention at Omaha. July 4th, 1899: and to nominate candidates for the various state and congressional offices and transact such other business as may come before it.Tho representation due to the vurious voting precincts in Lincoln county will be figured upon a basis of two (9) delegates at large and ono (1) delegate for every tun (10) voters or major fraction thereof cast for H. L. Loucks for governor at the last general election.
