Van WertCounty, Ohio, in fee simple, which homestead comprised the cast huh'01 the north-west quarter and the north-west quarter of the said northwest quarter of section (0) in township one (1) south range one (1) east, in Van Wert County, Ohio, l/cing 118 17-100 acres of land; and that by the mistake of the person who drew* said will in addition to the general description of said premises as “Hie family homestead'’ of said testator the following erroneous description was also inserted, to-wit: “The east hall of the north-west quarter of the north-west quarter of section sixlt;6) township one (3) south range one (1) east, contain in* one hundred eighteen anti seven teen -one-hundredths (H817-300) acres.”The said plaintiffs pray that said ctroneonsdescription may le corrected and their title to wild premises quieted and for general equitablerelief.Said defendants will be rcquirld to answer to said petit ion on or before IheSlh day mi iflay, 188ft,F.G.
