Timr, vok Murder at Luxemburg.—At llic last term of the Supreme Court, before Judge Mnilhurlon, Lowe was nrraigned tor the wilful murder of Joudrey, at Maitland, nt the commencement of January last. The dispute which led to the fatal act, was occasioned by Joudrey\s trespassing upon Lowe’s land, and breaking his fence for that purpose. Lowe was heard to threaten to shoot Joudrey, if lie persisted, and on hearing, one morning, that he was again going through his ground, he rushed out with his gun, ablest in n state of nudity, and shot Joudrey in the knee, who subsequently, according to the medical evi-denc, died of the wound. The Jury brought in a verdict of wilful murder, and Lowe was sentenced to death, and now lies confined in the jail.
