And, no joke, bathing attire ranges from rolled-up barmuda shorts to wrap-around towels with shades of bikinis in ‘tween. 0- -0 0- FOLKSINGER Bob Dylan re cently appeared at UM ‘as part of a civil rights program and was companied by a retinue of frizzy - maned men and shaggy-locked women. Dylan, with his gravel voice and bluegrass music, was also accompanied by a young lady who was thought to be the clear, sweet , voiced Joan Baez... . but she turned out to be only a waitress in a Boston nightclub who had come up for the concert.
