Twenty young people from the First Christian Church, represent ing the Chi-Rho and Christian Youth Fellowship departments, with one of the sponsors, Mrs. Gene White, attended a pre-camp rally at Fort Parker last Sunday afternoon. Purpose of the rally was to ac quaint the young people with the facilities and plans for the coming Christian Youth Camps and Con ference which will be held at Ft. Parker during June. Approximate ly 150 attended the rally from churches throughout District 10. Those from Rockdale were Edward Grubbs, Shirley Williams, Gordon Harris, Carolyn Hart, Sandy Wirtz, Babs Tyler, Ben Erl Daniels, John Elbert Fischer, Seanna Harris, Amanda Kyle, Ringo Robinson, Mike Hight, Wel don Davenport, Rodney Boswell. Others accompanying the group were the pastor, Graham Pugh, Mrs. Pugh, and their son, Freddie, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tyler.
