The will in the $5200 estate of the late John G. Ferak Sr. was admitted to probate this morning by Judge Fred R. Adams. A son, John A. Ferak Jr., was named ex ecutor. Also listed as an heir was another son, Michael A. Ferak. The father died Mar. 18, leaving $1700 in personal estate and the remainder in real estate.
