M., and re-orded as Document No. 17614 in took 13” of Mortgages at page 243 hereof. That subsequent to the jaking of the said note and mortage hereinbefore referred to, and on r about the 15th day of November 026, the said Peter Sid Moritz died; iat thereafter on the 17th day of ovember 1926, A. J. Mcltz made ap-liction for letters of administra on of the*said estate and on the Rh day of November 1926 letters of iministration upon said estate were uly issued to the said A. J. Moltz. ho ever since has been and now i ie duly qualified and acting admin*trator of said estate, on upon sadd estate were duly is* rer since has heeu and now is the ted to the said A. J. MolU, who iir nualificd and acting adniinls-defendant, A. J.
