Will McIntire Giving Family Trou ble Again. Two moths ago, Will McIntire, was release from the Central Hos pital for te insane at Indianapolis and returned to his home in Prairie township. His mental faculties are unbalanced again and papers will be made out at once for his return, making the second confinement io that instituion since his admission about two years ago. The failng of his mental facul ties, it is said had its beginning soon after the famous Stroupe will case in the Tipton circuit court about three years ago. He was one of the heirs at, law in that case and soon after the trial he was imbued with the idea that someone was trying to take away from him all of his earthly possessions. He offers no violence to anyone, but is giving his family a great deal of trouble at this time by trying to get away. JHle says that if they will only permit him to leave he will go so far away that nobody will ever hear from im again, and hopes in that way to rid himself of the im aginary tormentors who are con stantly trying to get his money and other valuables. His confinemen at the hospital covers a period of more than one year. He is a man pasted a large family of children some of whom are married. He is a son of the late Trenton McIntire, and was reared north of Normandy, where the McIntire family have lived since 1850. The entire community in which he lives have the highest re gard for him and “his family are much grieved at his present con dition.
