The first real excitement since the trial of 1 James Hargis began was caused here to-day over the arrival of Curtis Jett and Tom White from the Frankfort jHMiiteniary, the convicts have-, ing been summoned by the commonwealth to testify in*the Hargis cases The arrival of the men waeanurqriae to the defendant and his attorneys,and for a few minutes there was great confusion in the courtroom, arid it was not known by any one thetnature of the testimony that would be given by the men, both of whom were convicted of the assassinationof J. H.
