L. I* Bales, who ha* traveled extensively through Alaska for a number of years past, is now connected with Dick Craine, of the Yukon, in securing natives and eurios of Alaska for exhibit at the 8t. Louis fair. Mr. Craino has secured a concession for an exhibit, ami Mr. Bales is here to collect about 12 natives who possess skill in basket weaving, carving and ether industries so much admired by tourists. Bidarkas, spears, arrows, sled dogs with sleds and harness, and ev3ry thing that can be Secured to show the mode of living i by the original Alaskan.
