I was told by the little girl who went away with Mrs. Byng, thnt she, Mrs. Byng, had concealed a table cloth under her clothes in order to carry it off. The name of thnt girl is Jane Mooney.Martin Tracy deposes—I nm aware that all the creditors arc complaining of the trustees ; my grounds of complaint arc thnt at the second meeting of ere-ditors, we all agreed thnt the house was to be sold to the best advantage, and in the shortest space of time possible; I heard the trustees were oficrcd £’100 by Callaghan for the premises; it was offered to M'JDonough; lam aware tlmt M'Donough heard him.Arthvr Kemmis and Co.—Debts Proved.—W.
