Honor Society assembly inducts new membersNational Honor Society Induction Assembly was held Wednesday in the higlj school auditorium,A welcome was given by Sieve Pooic, club president. Other 'speeches on leadership, service, scholarship and character were given by Bill Mitt on, JoEllyn Hope, Becky Nedderman and Richard Grimes, respectively. Selections by the music department were also presented as a part of the program.Working members for the past year have been* Vicki Cameron, Richard Grimes, Janie Haunstein, JoEllyn- Hope, Linda Kelly, Don Marlin, Bill Mitton, Debbie Murphy, Becky Neddferman and Steve Poole.At the induction ceremonies eight new senior members and 12 juniors were taken in. Students in the senior and junior classes with a B average or above were considered' These students were then rated- by a faculty nominating committee. Members of the committee were Mrs. Mhe Brooke, Mr. Steven Davis, Mrs. Marie Cain, Mr, R. E. Foster, Mrs. Jean Huckleberry, Miss Esther lUtltner, Mr. Loren Hutchinson, and Mr. Michael* Rogers.After the program, a tea was given for all Honor Society members, old and newly inducted5, their parents1 and the high school faculty.read the want ADSI
