Jack F. Aman, a former superintendent of the Sarcoxie schools, last week requested and was granted a release from his contract for the next term as superintendent of the EE] Dorado Springs schools and has accepted a similar post in the Odessa schools. His duties at Dorado Springs will be concluded June 30, when he will be succeeded by Hugh Hembree, elementary principal there the last eight years. Altman went to El Dorado Springs in 1960, after four years as head of the Sarcoxie Schools. He formerly has been super intendent of schools at Iberia. More than 23 million Ameri cans 18 and older have complet ed less than eight years of schooling. Included in the fi gure are ยง million over 25 that have completed less than 5 years.
