Last Saturday evening at the home of his sister, Mrs. Lucero, occured the death of Peter Jocko, a resident of this vicinity for the past 42 years. Death was caused by pneumonia. Peter Jocko was born at Kuppel Lake, Canada, in 1874 and moved with his parents to the Red River in Minnesota when a boy. After resid ing there for three or four years they moved to Chateau, at which place he has since resided. He is survived by a wife and two children, three brothers and two sisters. His brothers are Barney, Johnnie and Al bert Jocko and the sisters are Mrs. Lucero and Mrs. Joe Rosette. Funeral services were held Monday with C. J. Smith officiating, burial s was made in the Choteau cemetary.
