CONGRESS NOMINATION CONVENTION IN ST. PAUL TO BE HELD MAY 14th.At a well attended meeting of theJewish Congress Organization held last Monday evening, at the Arcanum Hall, election of officers for the ensuing year, resulted as follows: President, Jesse B. Calmenson; Vice-president, Dr. Moses Barron; Secretary, Mrs. Amalia Weiller: treasurer, Gustavus Loevinger; Directors, Dr. Myron Sherper, Abe M. Calmenson, Joseph Golden, J. H. Sampson and Morris Feldstein. Monday evening. May 14th, was determined upon as the date for the holding of the nomination convention to which each organization is being urged to send one delegate. Any organization, meeting regularly, is entitled to send a delegate to the convention. Special instructions as to procedure and appeals have been sent to the officers of all organizations listed, there being forty eight in number.
