DEATH OF HON. JOHN H. FULLMER.hi the death of John H, Fullmer which took place at the L. D. S. Hospital on Wednesday the state suffers a distinct loss, for Mr. Fullmer was one of its very best citizens. He was just in the prime of life about 49 years oh! aiitl in the heyday of his 11 sifulut ss, lie was horn in Salt Lake county, hut in cbiklhv od moved south with hi* parents who settled in Beaver, later he moved to Circlevillc and engaged in the general mercantile business, farming and mining. He pro-pered and for years was one ofthe leading men in the southern country. For a while lie was deputy United States Marshal under United States Marshal Nat Brigham; he was county commissioner for Piute county, and also represented that county in the lower house of the third state legislature. lie held other positions of honor and was always faithful to his trust. He leaves a widow and seven children to mourn, who vs ill miss his kindly counsel and advice and hisgood teaching and Christian example. He also leeaves his aged mother, Mrs. Tanner, affectionately knownamong her friends as “Aunt Rachel.” The bereaved ones have the sinccresl sympathy iff all their friends and acquaintance- The itUermient took place at his home t»lace, Circleviile.--o--The friends of Hon, Fred J- Kiesc! and he has many of them not only in Ogden, his home town, hut in Salt l ake and all over the state, are pleas* ed to learn that he is rapidly recovering from Ins recent illness.
