♦The new town o! Fenton over on the C. N. W. extension was the scene of great excitement and activity on Friday of last week. It was the occasion of selling off the town lots. Prices ran high and corner lots sold for nearly $500. $155 was the lowest ppid for any lot. Iloss Hodgkineon was over and bought three lots, selling one of thorn before returning at $75 advance over what he paid.— Graottinger Times.
