Fred Utzig, a farmer living at Thompson's mill, locked up a valuable black mare in his stable on Frday night at 10 o'clock. When he went to the barn yesterday morning the animal was missing. Two strangers who have been fishing in that vicinity for several days are suspected of the theft. ‘This i the third horse stolen in Dubuque county in the last month, and the farm ers are talking about organizing an Anti Horse Thief Association.
