The will of the late David W. Moore of Farmland has been filed. He leaves to his daughetr Minnie E. Gordon 40 acres of land and ten shares of stock in the Modoc bank, to his son Arthur R. Moore 52 acres of land and 4 shares of stock in the Farmers Grain and Supply Co. of Modoc. The remainder of his property to be equally divided between tnese two heirs. He named his son as executor. The will is dated Oct. 1, 1920, and was witnessed by F. M. Harty, C. V. Johnson and H. A. Gaddis.i.....in -i p----ixr
