OBITUARY.George W. Armstrong was born in Brown count/, Ohio-Aug. 3, 1853, and on April 20, 1907, reached life’s terminus, in his home in Milton, Mo., in and near which he resided 20 years. His illness was cf short duration, and while he had the best of nursing and the best of medical attention, his malady was such that they availed nothing. His end was peaceful. For 17 years he was a consistent and devoted member of the Chris thin church. He was followed to his last earthly resting place at Macedonia, Mo., by a large concourse of friends and neigh hors, including the members of the Married Men’s League of Moberly. Rev. Orutchor conduct* ed the funeral services. He leaves a devoted wife, a dutiful daughter, aged 11, two nephews, Ohas. and William Armstrong, the former ot Moberly, the latter of Salisbury to mourn his decease, though not without; hope for their laith is implicit Ithat he is beyond the pearly gate that admits to the Neiv Jerusalem, gazing on the face of Him who died that we may forever live, or else is being entranced listening to the one hundred and forty and fourthousand who chant the sweetest hosannns and blow from the trumpets of the greatest power the most melodious music.\v : A Neighbor, j
