SPENCE SANDERSMAY NOT DIEMan Who'is Said to Have Shot Dan Needom Was Still Living onFriday.CREAL SPRINGS, April 28. -(Special)—This vicinity is greatly stirred on account of a murder and attempted suicide, committed a few miles south of Creal Springs in J-ohn-son county late Wednesday afternoon. Dan Needom is dead, supposed at * the hands of Spence Sanders, who it. is believed killed him with a shot gun the force of the shot tearing away part of the head. Death was evidently instantaneous.
