AFTER 14 YE ARS, Ulrlc W. Pryce, veteran businessman, pharmacist and insurance executive in Lake Charles, La., has finally made it to full membership in the Louisiana State Pharmaceutical association. The first Black man to be admitted to the registry of the former all-white professional body, he is a Howard University alumnus and president-board chairman, KeystoneLife Insurance Company.
