Police said Lord admitted having a hand in a break at Lawrence and several other offenses in Haverhill andNewburyport.At the Rockingham County jail in this city, where the Lescizka brothers were taken by Deputy Sheriffs Harry C. Munsey of Hampton and Charles B. Wheeler of Atkinson, Bolex was served with two warrants and hisbrother William with another.Those against Bolex charge him with breaking and entering in Lawrence and with breaking, entering and the theft of $2,000 worth of clothing from the store of Albert Trogeon in Rochester last January. That against William charges him with breaking and entering the store of John Dustin in Plaistow and also at the postoffice In the same town.Other warrants will be served on John Kutoli, nowr serving a term in a Worcester, Mass., jail, and on John Sudol of Haverhill, now’ serving a year in jail on a breaking and entering charge. The warrants will charge breaking, entering and larceny. Rochester police will also serve warrants on Kutoli and Sudol charging them with similar offenses in that city.In municipal court at Exeter Bolex Lesiczka was charged with breaking and entering the store of Charles Kimball in Danville and attempting to break and enter the store of J. L. Rivard in Exeter. William wus charged with breaking and entering at Bond’s filling station in Exeter and attempting to break and enter the Rivard store.The breaks at Plaistow were made on the night of April S, when several shots were fired at the gang by the store proprietor and on the same night Exeter police chased their car several miles following a break at the Bond filling station. jWhen Sudol wai arrested he had ai bullet wound in one leg from which the bullet had been removed by a ootn-1 panion.ESCCOITrio
