umuicu at voiiujuyc; wcckWoodburn, Oregon, April 30.—A change in the management of the First National Bank of Woodburn takes place tomorrow, when the purchasers, Judge George G. Bingham, Keith Powell, Eugene Courtney and C. J. Espy will take charge. The former three are also connected with the Bank of Woodburn and Mr. Espy, who will be the cashier, is still interested in the First State Bank of Donald. Judge Bingham will be president and Messrs. Powell and Courtney vice-presidents. Judge Bingham is president of the Bank of Woodburn, Mr. Powell, vice-president, and Mr. Courtney, cashier. —Oregonian.Bank to Change Hands
