Paden, Administrator Notice is Ihereby given, that Benjamin Fi Paden, Administrator of the estates* of Annie Daugherty and Jennie Daugherty,deceased, has rendered and presented for settlement, and filed in said court his final account and report of his admistra-tion as such administrator of said estates and his petitions for distribution of said estates and for his discharge: and that Monday the 7th day of July, 1913, being a day of the regular term of said court, to-wit: of the July term a, p., 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon of said day, at the county court room in the city of Stilwell, in said county of AdaiJ, has been dulyappointed by the court, for tbe settlement of said accounts and for hearing said petitions, at which time ahd place any person interested in £ny one of said petit-ions, may appear and file his exceptions in writing to the accounts and contest the same.Iii testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court, this 30th day of April, 1913.John A.
