Mr, Haddeman is alleged to have been driving eastward along the street at this point and when upon the track Ills %jeliicle was run down by an engine In charge of employes of the company, he was struck and instantly killed. Further allegation is made that the engine r.t the time was exceeding the regulation speed of eight miles an hour, as defined by ordinances of the city. Plaintiff claims to bo dependent upon his services fcr support, and asks tho court for judgment In her favor.
