B. B. Haugan, our candidate for Governor, has gone to Europe for a few weeks. He will do some platform work in Norway and attend the World’s Temperance Congress in London and the Paris Exposition, returning about Aug. 1st, at which time the State Committee is arranging to give him a public reception. He is accompanied by E. E. Lobeck and Prof. T. S. Reimestad, the latter of whom will devote a year to the study of music in Germany.
