JOSEPH TIERI SB.Joseph Tieri Sr., formerly a longtime resident of Chicago Heights, died Monday, March 4, in Escondido, Calif.Services were March 8 with a mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Escondido. Interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Whittier, Calif.Mr Tieri was born March 9, 1903, in Chicago Heights. He was an employee of Kellogg Realty in California, retiring several years ago.He is survived by his wife, Esther (nee Kwiatkowski); two sons, Joseph Jr. of Plymouth, Minn, and Gerald of Escondido; a nephew, Gene Mruk of Chicago Heights; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many relatives in the South Suburbs.
