Prosecutor Rogerson called State Police Trooper Billy Vira and City Patrolman Joseph Campinelli to the stand Tuesday. Both had __ given previous testimony Monday. Among other witnesses called by the state were: Russell Fuller of 301 Charles St., the defendant’s cousin; Melvin Fuller, same address, another cousin; Sheriff Russ Craft; Lt. R. J. Barber, a chemist for the Criminal Identification Bureau of the state police at Charleston; William Hearst of 435 Yankee St., Wellsburg; and Leonard Lee of 418 Yankee St. Defense attorneys Alpert and Tost expected to call about five witnesses today. The case is expected to go to the jury later today.
