At Waresboro yesterday evening aliotit 7 o'clock, the residence of Mr. John A. McDaniel, with all of Its contents, was destroyed by Ore. The oe-lain of the Are, so the Herald learns, la a complete mystery. The Are originated In the roof of the building and the house was almost ready to fall In when the family discovered the Are. and they barely hnd time to make their escape from the burning building. Everything was lost. Including many valuable papers. The loss falls quite heavily upon Mr. Mo-Dstnlel and his family.
