May Become a Reality in the France Grove Near Middle Point. Harry Wachter, Architect, W. G. France and C. B. Pearson were at Middlepoint, yesterday, inspecting the France Grove on the south side of the traction line with a view of putting in a summer resort. The architect has drawn plans which will be submitted to the businessmen of Delphos and Van Wert for their inspection. It is proposed to build a pavilion, 75 by 150 feet, for roller skating, dancing and a suitable auditorium for summer thea tres. A five-acre artificial lake, fed from the France quarry, a baseball park, tennis grounds, and better still, fine picnic grounds. A dining room and cafe will be put in, and, in fact, if it receives the proper encouragement, it can and doubtless will be filled up with many more amusements. It will have sufficient people to draw from to make it a success. The matter of its building depends entirely upon what encouragement is given to the project by the two towns concerned.—Van Wert Times,
