Charles T. Wesner, superin tendent of utilities for the American Oil Company’s Sug ar Creek Refinery and chair man of the Kansas City Re gional Export Expansion Council, will attend a_ meet ing of the National Export Expansion Council in Wash ington, April 3. Ways to increase the export trade of the United States will be discussed at the meet ing at the Washington Hil ton Hotel. This is the seventh meeting of the council. Carl A. Gerstacker, chair man of the board of the Dow n Chemical Co., is president of the 70-member council. Wesner is a member of the national organization. Anoth er Independence member of the regional council is T. Hall Collinson, editor and pub lisher of The Examiner.
