William Noyes ot* Rutland ha* bought the Rad Devil,” the bi*plant* made and used by the late George Schmitt of that city, and. with Charles Schmitt of Rnylt;* street, is rebuilding the machine to be used in the near future. Mr. Noyes ha» fur some time been interested in aviation and is now completing his plan-* to take itir flying up as n profession. Mr. Noyes has made several flights at Boston meets and has for several vears c\pcrimcnted with gliders. Mr. slunitt may nl*o lw Associated with Mr. Noyes. The young men are changing the “Red Devil* considerably.
