Kansas City Wins Championship.Kansas City, March 30.—The Kansas City Athletic club basket ball team defeated the Buffalo German Y. M. C. A. team in the third and deciding game of the world’s championship series-1—45 to 14. Buffalo was very decidedly overmatched. Dr. James Naismith, physical director of the University of Kansas, who, at Springfield, Mass., in 1892, invented basket ball, refereed the contest.
