Ml WOO.Mias Carrie Leonard, who hae been quite ill, took an overdose of chloral by mistake In getting hold of the wrong glass, yesterday. Dr. Goodrich was called and by the aid of a stomach pump succeeded In relieving her. She Is now resting easier.As Mrs. Jacob Stier was coming from the depot Monday night on her return from Des Moines, she had the misfortune to fall and break her left arm above the elbow. The accident occurred on the sidewalk, just across the street south of J. Pitcock’s residence. Mm. Stier being quite a large lady did not succeed in regaining her balance and fell, hence the aocident.According to the Mingo Observatory, we had 49} inches of rainfall in 1902; we have had 18 snows with a fall of 89 inches; we had 9 days this winter with the mercury below aero, the coldest
