Bloomixg Grove.—The Assembly bill to attach, certain territory of the town of Madison to Blooming Grove passed the Senate yesterday. The territory attached is as fol. lows : All of section 5, the east half of south east quarter of section 6, all of fractional section seven, lying east of the limits of the city of Madison, and the north west fractional quarter of section eight in township scron, north of rango ten.
