Western Hockey League By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS It will be Victoria at Seattle and Vancouver at Portland in opening games of the Western Hockey League Patrick Cup playoffs Wednesday night. Pairings were determined Sunday as first-place. Portland downed Seattle 54, and Vancoue ver walled down third place with a ‘e4 triumph over Victoria. The remainder of the playoff schedule will be: Victoria at Seattle Friday, See attle at Victoria Saturday, Seat tle at Victoria April 6, Victoria at Seattle April 7 if necessary, Seattle at Victoria April 10 if necessary and Victoria at Seat le April 11 if necessary. Gayle Fielder of Seattle took the league scoring title with 92 points, scoring three assists against Portland Sunday night.
